Dore R. Beinhaker was born, raised and educated in the State of New Jersey. He resides with his Wife, Andrea, of over 45 years, in Morris County since 1983. Their three children attended the Morris School District public school system. Dore graduated from Rutgers College in New Brunswick, New Jersey in 1973. Having been admitted to the Bar in 1978, and actively practicing law since then, he is highly experienced in many areas of the law, including but not limited to real estate and related transactions as well as commercial litigation. His practice encompasses a wide variety of matters and he has appeared in all 21 of the New Jersey Superior Courts, the New Jersey Appellate Courts, Tax Courts, hundreds of Municipal Courts, Zoning Boards, Planning Boards and Boards of Adjustment.
Dore’s interest in the law started prior to his enrollment in Seton Hall Law School, when he was a volunteer probation officer in Union County. After graduation from Seton Hall Law School he was a judicial Law Clerk in the New Jersey Superior Court. Upon completing his Clerkship, he started work for an Essex County Law firm, which handled both litigation and real estate matters. In 1981, he started his own law firm and today is a member of the firm of Beinhaker & Beinhaker, LLC. Dore’s love for the practice of law is driven by the pleasure he achieves in helping others.
Dore has counseled many individuals on a variety of issues and matters. The Firm’s clients include numerous business entities, ranging from single person owned companies to multi party owned businesses with numerous employees. Dore has assisted the firm’s clients in all of their legal matters and concerns, including the sales or purchases of businesses, commercial properties, apartment buildings, condos and residential homes, contracts, leases, Estate Planning, Wills, Probate issues, municipal matters and litigation. He has helped clients form, sell and acquire substantial properties and businesses. He also advises landlords and tenants in reviewing, negotiating and drafting office, commercial, and residential leases. In addition, he regularly advises clients with respect to the structuring of real property holdings as well as litigation resulting from the clients’ activities, including evictions.
Dore uses his extensive background to help solve his clients’ issues and challenges and implement business and practical-minded strategies. Dore began his career as a litigator and brings that unique knowledge and experience “to the table” when either drafting and negotiating transaction documents or counseling the firm’s client in non-litigation issues.
